Session 1 — Leadership Intake & Diagnostic Orientation

60 minutes, 1:1. Deep context. Constraints and pain cycles named precisely. Team dynamics surfaced. You leave with a clear scope of what to complete in the app over the next 10–14 days.

Between sessions — the diagnostic work

Session 2 — Strategic Debrief & Operating System Architecture

60 minutes, 1:1. The breakthrough moment — you see the full picture for the first time. Strength analysis, leadership identity map, the Strategic Compass laid out, the KPI architecture, the 90-Day Operating Rhythm. Recordings of both sessions land in your deliverable pack.

Is this coaching?
No. ELOS is a structured diagnostic delivered as two 60-minute 1:1 sessions plus diagnostic work you complete between them. Coaching is ongoing; ELOS is finite and produces a deliverable pack you keep.
What happens between the two sessions?
You complete four pieces of structured work inside the app — the Strength Finder (109 questions, the most substantial), the Strategic Compass workbook, the Performance Architect inputs, and the Team Snapshot. Most founders take 10–14 days. The work is autosaved; you do not need to finish in one sitting.
What do I leave with?
A nine-piece deliverable pack — read in the app, downloadable as PDF. Most founders refer back to it for months. The 90-Day Operating Rhythm in particular is something you implement and live in.
Will you tell me what to do?
No. We diagnose. The recommendations are yours to approve, edit, or reject. Nothing happens inside the business unless you decide it should.
How is this different from a coach or consultant?
A coach motivates. A consultant prescribes. ELOS does neither — it structures what you already see but can't yet name. The Strength Intelligence layer is closer to a diagnostic instrument than to a coaching method.
What if I need ongoing help after?
That's the Elevated Leadership Intensive — a 12–16 week 1:1 program that turns the clarity from ELOS into installed behaviour and team systems. We discuss it only if you ask after Session 2.
Is there a payment plan?

Will I be sold to?
No. Tier 4 and Tier 5 references appear only when they are clearly the right next move for you. We'd rather you leave ELOS with clarity and not come back than buy the wrong follow-on.
